The Killing Machine Online Store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- • The Killing Machine Online Store accepts the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, MaterCard and American Express. If you are uncomfortable using PayPal or do not have a credit card, please contact us directly to arrange an order.
- • All products are subject to availabilty; colors and other specifics are subject to change without notice.
- • Most orders are filled same day unless otherwise noted.
- • If an item is out of stock, we will furnish you a credit slip for the amount of the out of stock item.
- • Killing Machine ONLY accepts returns on damaged or defective products. No other returns will be accepted.

Instructions for Use : Browse through the online store using the menus above.
- • Find the item you want, select the desired style and size.
- • Click the "add to cart" button to add the item to your cart. A secure shopping cart will be created, where you can monitor your purchases. When you are ready to check out click the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. You will be directed to fill out the appropriate customer, shipping, and payment information.
- • You will receive a receipt confirmation email, notifying you of your online purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Everything you buy from KillingMachineApparel.com is backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Killing Machine Apparel Company wants to be sure that every item you purchase from us meets or exceeds your expectations. We are very proud of our garments, and want to be sure that you look good wearing them! If you are not satisfied with anything, and the item is in new saleable condition, contact us and obtain an RA#. We will be happy to replace or refund your order (less shipping and handling fees)!
All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Refunds
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
Products returned without proof of delivery or RA number may result in forfeiture of your refund. Please obtain a tracking number from your carrier to track your packages progress back to us.
Not available for Return
Any clothing that has been worn, washed, slept in, etc is not available for return. If the garment self destructs after being washed properly (shrinking does not count -always wash your clothing in COLD water) or after being worn once, let us know and we will see what we can do to replace your order. We only buy the best raw materials and know the importance of a well crafted garment.
Please do not attempt to return a garment that has clearly been worn or misused, we will be unable to take it back for a return.
Products returned to KillingMachineApparel.com without proof of delivery or RA number may result in forfeiture of your refund.
Refused Items
Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. This often means that you will be responsible for the shipping to AND from your location. Please make arrangements to ship to a location that someone will be able to accept the package.
